Refund Policy

This policy is clause 3.7 of the Terms and Conditions and forms part of them. Defined terms carry the meaning given to them there.

Finality of transactions

You acknowledge and accept that all transactions involving Credits, including the acquisition of a Pack, are conclusive, and that we bear no obligation to issue refunds under any circumstances. Opening a Pack is final at the moment it is opened, and neither a Pack nor a Bottle drawn from one may be returned or exchanged.

Forfeiture on termination or suspension

In the event of termination or suspension of your account or the Services, all Credits and all Bottles held in your cellar shall be forfeited, and no reimbursement will be provided.

No credit or conversion

Furthermore, you will not receive any credit for Credits or Bottles, nor will either be converted into cash or any other form of reimbursement, in the event that your account or a specific subscription for the Service linked to your account is terminated, suspended, or if any Credits or Bottles are selectively removed or revoked by us, to the extent permitted by law.
